Alex the owner is very knowledgeable and experienced as well as accommodating. The onsite installation teams are also experienced and led by courteous and knowledgeable "hands on" managers: Marco and Candido. Coordination of the online receipt of contracts and paid invoices did require my follow-up with sales support; but with the help of Alex, all was resolved to ensure the documents were clearly understood and correct. I would, and already have, highly recommended Reliance Plumbing. Just note that due to the percentages that credit card companies charge businesses that you discuss how you will pay your invoice(s) since the quote would require an additional 2% to 3% credit charge. Again, I highly recommend Reliance Plumbing, Alex and the installation teams.
